We purchased this property in October 2021. We were able to see the potential in this home, with a bit of removing, installing and a whole lot of elbow grease. We took this outdated home and brought it back to new. With all properties, we put a bit more effort into kitchens and bathrooms – this is what catches everyone’s eye. We took a cramped master bathroom, removed a small wall and angled the closet wall. This created a much larger space for a 48″ vanity and a beautiful walk in shower. We used black hardware throughout the house. Sanded and stained the hardwood to rich, dark brown color that plays off beautifully to the repose gray walls. Lighting has been replaced, along with newly installed recessed lighting on the main and basement floors. Although we couldn’t take any walls down in the kitchen we maximized the layout by installing light colored elements in the kitchen, to open the space up. White cabinets and subway tiles, gives it a beautiful, clean look. The darker cabinets provides depth to the space. New stainless steel appliances and let’s not forget the pot filler, sizzle feature!
